There is a scene in Evita where Eva dances the waltz with the Che Guevara character. The song and dance number effectively illustrates the nature of power plays. Its a dance and a dance where those dancing, antagonists, are attempting to get control over the dance. The power to dictate terms. And in the end only the more skilful dancer, not necessarily the strongest or the wealthiest but it does help, takes control over the dance.
