How Christmas Eve and Day was spent

Our family business is in the food business and things get a little bit tight on Christmas so the house was busy up until 9:00 in the evening preparing food for our annual patrons and then prepare food for our Noche Buena.

The products vary from decade to decade. Our family’s main livelihood is in fruit juices and concentrates but during Christmas, as previously mentioned, we do other food stuff. For years it had been fruit cakes and then there was the chicken Liver pate. Currently we do Turkeys for Christmas and New Year Dinners.

And this year we cooked four turkeys for Noche Buena. Three for our regular patrons and one for us.

So the day ended late. Most of the family were tired. The only thing that sort of the renewed were the younglings - our children. And they had to go to and spend Christmas at two different houses. Still they had the energy, amazing really.

Anyway, again a Joyous Noel and Happy Holidays. Here are some snaps from our Christmas Eve and Day - tiring but worth it.
