Just before Christmas I was told that you coiuld now file a libel suit without paying any fees. Is this true? Well true or not it pays to be prepared.
Juan the Blogger wrote a post about Juana and several minutes later Juanito, Juancho, Juanchito, John and Marsha posted comments. Then Juana read about it and learned that she could file a libel case against Juan.
This could happen now under the present penal code.
