NOTE: Term papers will be submitted in digital format and printed format on the day of presentation. The digital versiom shall be submitted by email.

A. LENGTH

Term Paper: Text exclude list of references must not exceed 1000 words.
Reaction Paper: Text excluding list of references and other non main text parts must not exceed 500 words.

B. LANGUAGE

English or Tagalog might be used.

C. FORMAT

Group Papers should be submitted on the day of presentation: (i) electronic format via email before Midnight ( and should follow the format in Section D and (ii) one page summary be submitted before the presentation. The Presentation can be presented via video or live. Each group is alloted five minutes to present their paper. Additional time will be used for Q and A. Maximum 1000 words excluding Reference.

Reaction Papers should be submitted via electronic format via email. If you cannot send via email you can also submit a hard copy. Maximum 500 words per reaction paper.

Abstract of Paper: Three to five sentance summary of your term paper. Answering the question is what is your term paper about?

I. INTRODUCTION

II. RELATED STUDY AND LITERATURE: Summary of related study, research and literature.

III. FINDINGS AND KEY POINTS. Findings of the Study? What are the specific findings of the study/article.

VI. OPINION /Reaction to the Study/Article

V. REFERENCES

E. PLAGIARISM AND CITING REFERENCES

Plagiarism and Attribution

Plagiarism will not be tolerated.
Statements, phrasesa and paragraphs taken from references must be differentiated from the rest of the text by enclosing it in quotes or block quotes followed by parenthetical references which includes the author’s name, date of publication and page numbers:

Reference List

In compiling Reference List follow the guidelines based on guide set down by Kate Turabian.

Simply put it should include the following in order:

1. Author or editor or blogger;
2. Year of publication;
3. Article Title;
4. Periodical Title;
5. Title;
6. Compiler, translator or editor;
7. Edition;
8. Name of series, including volume or number used;
9. Place of publication and publisher;

For online references add

10. URL;
11. date accessed.

F. HOW TO NAME THE PAPER (DIGITAL FORMAT)

File name should include the following:

1. Section
2. Initials/Group Name
